Nobel Towers – Erbil is a luxury residential complex consisting of two 23‑storey towers located in Nobel City, Ankawa. The project includes premium apartments of 1+1 and 2+1 layouts with modern design, landscaped gardens, full amenities including gym, sauna, children’s play areas, commercial floors, and underground parking.
Project Challenge: Momentum FN‑50 thermal insulation was applied across the building façades to deliver high resistance to heat and moisture, with easy installation on tall structures. This enhanced indoor comfort, reduced energy consumption, and avoided additional structural load.
