A modern residential development of 6 high-rise buildings, each 26 floors, located in Sulaymaniyah. Façades were insulated using Momentum FN-50 Thermal Insulation Plaster to enhance thermal performance and ensure long-term energy savings.
Project Challenge: The project required effective insulation for tall buildings exposed to direct sunlight and wind. FN-50 provided lightweight, durable thermal protection, improving indoor comfort and reducing energy loads.
